Refund policy
1. Return Period & Basic Requirements
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
2. Return Process

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance. We will resolve the issue promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized products, personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order once the return is approved.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. The same return conditions apply (unused, original tags/packaging, proof of purchase).
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks/credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
